RX's time ruler and playhead location counter can be set to show different time values.
Options:
Decimal - Shows time in hours, minutes, seconds and fractions of seconds
Samples - Shows time by the number of individual samples
Frames - Shows time by frames
Set Frame Rate: This will take you to the Preferences menu, where you can set the frame rate for the current file
