As
you know, Ozone isn't just a plugin, but instead a system of effects.
Sometimes you'll want to load an entire preset (update the whole system), but other
times you might just want to use parts of a preset - e.g. just change the EQ
settings. Selective loading of modules gives you this option.
1) When you select a preset from the list, the settings of any modules which are checked (see the screenshot below, where only the EQ module is checked) are being taken from the preset you selected.

2) You can change which modules a preset loads by selecting the preset, then clicking on the checkboxes. So if you want the "eq - acoustic guitar" preset in the screenshot above to also load its Reverb settings, just click on the Reverb checkbox. Each preset remembers which of its checkboxes are checked. As soon as you click on a checkbox, this change will be saved to the preset.
3) There is a shortcut to quickly check just one module. Hold the Alt key and click on a checkbox, and it will be selected while all others are deselected.
4) Be careful loading a multiband module (dynamics, exciter or imaging) without also loading the crossover module. The crossover module sets the multiband crossover points for these multiband modules. If you load a multiband module without the crossover module, you may not get the sound that is intended by the preset.
